I have experienced producing and conducting various researching methods including guerilla testing, semi-structured interviews and surveys.

I have experience in producing both Empathy Maps and Personas from interview insights, and identifying possible pain points from insights to create problem statements.

I am also experienced in defining user flows and defining a user scenario and storyboard.

I am experienced in using various ideation methods to decide what to include in a product based off user insights, such as the ‘I like, I wish and What if’ method.

I have experience in prioritising these ideas using a Value Proposition matrix, and Feature Prioritisation Matrix.

I have experience in producing Paper, Mid Fidelity and High Fidelity Prototypes and wireframes based off the features prioritised during the ideation phase.

I have practised producing Responsive designs across multiple screen sizes, to accommodate a wide range of users. I have also experienced evaluating and iterating the accessibility of such prototypes based off the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

I have experience in testing prototypes both remotely and in person, and iterating them based on user insights.

I have also conducted 5 second tests to evaluate the hierarchy of features within my designs.

I am conversational in HTML, CSS and Java, and able to create simple responsive designs using VS Code.

I have experienced using Github, Git and JSFiddle to code remotely.
